Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, creating engaging posts, graphics, and videos.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the audience across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to foster a positive community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly reports to measure campaign success and optimize future content.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Brand Voice: Ensure all communications maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
