- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually compelling branded content
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales team to support lead generation objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of social media management experience with measurable results
- Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
