Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create engaging content calendars with 15+ high-quality posts weekly
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to drive ROI
- Manage community engagement with 95% response rate within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team for visual content creation
- Track KPIs and report monthly on growth metrics
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing B2B/B2C social media accounts
- Proven portfolio with 50K+ follower growth campaigns
- Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certification preferred
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong written communication with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
