- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-quality visual assets
- Track competitor activity and identify emerging industry trends
- Present monthly performance reports to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with measurable campaign results
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms
