- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align social initiatives with business goals

- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years proven experience managing corporate social media accounts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results and content creation
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
