Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Community Management: Actively engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand voice.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly reports to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive leads and conversions.
- Event Promotion: Coordinate social media efforts for local events and product launches in the Detroit area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing Skills: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret analytics data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and creative work is required.
