Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
- Create engaging content calendars with 15+ weekly posts including graphics, videos, and stories
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on branded visual assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Report monthly on KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years social media management experience with portfolio of 20+ campaigns
- Proficiency in social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Proven ability to create viral content (minimum 1 viral post/month)
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certification preferred
- Excellent written communication with attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to manage deadlines independently
- Experience in B2B tech or startup marketing
- Must reside within 30 miles of Durham, NC
