Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Analyze KPIs using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Coordinate with design teams for visual assets and brand consistency
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Manage paid social advertising budgets (up to $50K/month) and ROI reporting
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years managing social media for B2B or B2C brands with 50K+ followers
- Proven expertise in content creation using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
- Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising platforms
- Experience managing community guidelines and crisis communications
- Certification in Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings for campaign launches
