Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create compelling content calendars with 80+ monthly posts including graphics, videos, and stories
- Manage paid ad campaigns with $10K+ monthly budgets, optimizing for ROI
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social/Hootsuite to report on KPIs
- Collaborate with design teams to produce on-brand visual assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Engage with audiences through community management
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing B2B/B2C social media for established brands
- Proven expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced analytics experience with platform insights and Google Analytics
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or Hootsuite preferred
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio samples
- Experience managing social crisis communications
