- Create compelling content calendars with high-quality visuals, videos, and copy
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage paid social media campaigns with monthly budgets up to $10K
- Collaborate with design team for brand-aligned visual assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Lead community engagement initiatives and crisis management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in content creation for B2B/B2C audiences
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in analytics tools with ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience managing social media budgets and reporting ROI
- Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
