- Create data-driven content calendars with 12+ monthly pieces of original video/graphic content
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize ROI
- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets across Meta and LinkedIn platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to launch platform-specific campaigns
- Lead crisis management protocols for brand reputation protection
- Mentor junior staff on platform best practices and content trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience with B2B/SaaS brands
- Proven track record of growing organic engagement by 40%+ YoY
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 3+ direct reports
- Strong portfolio demonstrating viral content campaigns (100K+ reach)
- Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications preferred
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
