Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy aligned with brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement including responding to comments, DMs, and reviews
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align social initiatives with business goals
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and paid social advertising campaigns
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of proven social media management experience with measurable results
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities across diverse platforms
- Experience managing paid social advertising budgets ($50K+)
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization
