- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews within 2 hours
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social initiatives with broader business goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage paid social media campaigns with monthly budget of $5,000+
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data from Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social
- Experience managing paid social advertising budgets ($10k+ monthly)
- Deep understanding of Memphis market demographics and cultural nuances
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for real-time engagement
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite preferred
