- Create visually stunning graphics and compelling copy to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and ensure a high return on investment.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1-3 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and current social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
