Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor industry trends, viral content, and best practices to optimize our social presence continuously.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and report on campaign ROI to stakeholders.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ad performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Expertise in managing and growing social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social search algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
