Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling, high-quality content (copy, images, and video) for all major platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide weekly reports to stakeholders.
- Engage with the online community to build relationships and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Expert knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Strong copywriting and graphic design skills (or the ability to manage external designers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
