Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create compelling content calendars with engaging copy, visuals, and video assets
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets
- Collaborate with design team to produce brand-aligned visual content
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead quarterly social media audits and strategy refinement sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive social media management experience
- Proven success in developing viral campaigns with 100K+ engagement metrics
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
