- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with cross-functional teams to stress-test business models against potential future states.
- Translate complex macroeconomic data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

- Partner with product and R&D teams to integrate future trends into the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) in Strategy, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale strategic initiatives and change management projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
