- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2035 technological and societal paradigms
- Develop predictive models for emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Author white papers and thought leadership on next-generation disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product development teams
- Present future impact assessments to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with exponential technology exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or thought leadership
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex pattern recognition abilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
