Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 5-year impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and board members
- Establish FutureTech's thought leadership through white papers and keynote talks
- Mentor futurist apprentices in horizon scanning methodologies
- Integrate ESG principles into all strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with proven outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and signal detection
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Credibility speaking at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Published work in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in Sustainable Foresight (CSF) preferred
