- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' proprietary foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on 5+ year planning horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech or consulting environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
