- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate future-fit solutions into current operations.

- Present strategic vision and quarterly milestones to the C-Suite and key stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives 3-5 years out.
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
