Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable sustainability frameworks for 2026+ climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping eco-innovations (carbon capture, circular economy systems)
- Secure strategic partnerships with green-tech startups and policy influencers
- Analyze ESG data to drive measurable environmental impact across 15+ projects
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior sustainability engineers in agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability/ESG with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching climate-tech products with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified B Corp or LEED AP credentials preferred
- Expertise in circular economy models and carbon-neutral tech
- Strong stakeholder management across private/public sectors
- Proficient in sustainability analytics tools (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
