Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, and IT Support.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media channels.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate data and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR.
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of software development lifecycles.
