- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and client-specific style requirements
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and foot pedals
- Research and verify proper terminology, names, and specialized vocabulary
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive content
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe or similar transcription software
- Exceptional command of English grammar and punctuation
- Ability to handle multiple audio formats (MP3, WAV, etc.)
