- System Monitoring: Monitor server health and application performance to ensure zero downtime for our clients.
- Customer Communication: Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support to customers experiencing technical difficulties.
- Issue Documentation: Accurately log all tickets, resolutions, and feedback into the CRM system.
- Technical Guidance: Assist users with software installation, updates, and basic hardware configuration.
- Shift Handover: Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transition of complex issues.
Qualifications
- Location Requirement: Must reside in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and internet connectivity.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with high attendance.
