- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and communication channels.
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols regarding remote access.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to San Diego, Illinois.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
