Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer information, product details, and transaction records into our secure database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Review and verify incoming data to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Digitize hard copies of documents using high-speed scanners and optical character recognition software.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in the daily processing of invoices, receipts, and payroll data.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of sensitive personal and financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security protocols.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
