Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, via remote communication tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and based in or willing to work from the Los Angeles, CA area.
