- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex tickets.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home environment.
