- Adhere to the flexible weekend schedule and company policies.
- Monitor system performance and report technical glitches immediately.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions via video conferencing.
Qualifications
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Must have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate during shifts.
