Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and process efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote/virtual environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High-speed internet connection at home office
- US work authorization and ability to work EST hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
