- Create and deliver customized training sessions and performance reports

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting retention and upsell goals
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and customer journey mapping
