Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM system and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Identify trends and propose solutions to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
