Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Train customers on product features during onboarding sessions
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for recurring issues
- Support cross-functional projects including product launches and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical support roles
- Proven ability to resolve 50+ tickets daily with minimal escalation
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
