Responsibilities

- Collaborate with technical teams for escalated issues
- Meet/exceed monthly service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify process improvements for customer experience
- Train new hires on support protocols
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Zendesk and Salesforce
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- High-speed internet connection required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency preferred (bilingual bonus available)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
