Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise software via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate persistent bugs and feature requests
- Conduct remote system installations and configurations for new clients
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in rotational after-hours support coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience
- Expertise in Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry certification
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) required
