- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings into written documents with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information

Qualifications

- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
