Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions, troubleshooting technical or service-related problems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, including issues resolved and actions taken, within our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance metrics to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and CRM software.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Location: Must reside within the United States, specifically within or willing to commute to the El Paso, Texas area.
