- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows or Mac OS).
- Previous experience in customer service or remote work is a plus but not required.
