Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for key stakeholders
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements
- Maintain data integrity across multiple database systems
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis for optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience working with government/contractor data preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of delivering analytics projects on deadline
