Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer and account information into our secure, cloud-based database systems.
- Verify and review data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions, correcting them as necessary.
- Digitize and organize physical documents, ensuring files are stored and labeled correctly.
- Perform routine data cleaning tasks to ensure database integrity and quality.
- Generate and distribute reports based on entered data to management.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous data entry or clerical experience is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
