Qualifications

- Must be available to work rotating Night Shifts (e.g., 8 PM - 5 AM or 9 PM - 6 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in customer support, call centers, or IT helpdesk is a plus.
