Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in El Paso and Illinois to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in nightly shift briefings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the required system logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts on a full-time basis.
