Responsibilities
- Monitor server infrastructure, databases, and application performance during off-peak hours.
- Execute scheduled software updates, patches, and security deployments without disrupting business operations.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients via remote channels.
- Analyze system logs to identify security anomalies, bottlenecks, and potential system failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the morning handover to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and troubleshooting guides for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Remote positions).
- Must be willing to commit to a strict night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or software development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and networking protocols.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
