Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to clients via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues with a focus on high first-call resolution rates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve operational processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, security protocols, and SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards.
- Conduct end-user training on software applications and security best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting.
