Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with professionalism
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and multitasking
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
