Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts (8 AM-8 PM EST)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary software systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Meet weekly performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless cross-shift handoffs
- Maintain updated knowledge base articles for recurring customer issues
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team training sessions
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS and basic networking issues
- High-speed home internet connection with quiet workspace
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
