- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging during weekend shifts
- Coordinate care transitions and resolve patient access barriers
- Document interactions accurately in our HIPAA-compliant EHR system
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address patient needs and concerns
- Provide education on insurance coverage and financial assistance programs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare advocacy or customer service experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
- Valid Arizona state residency required for licensing
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- CPR certification preferred
