- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless issue escalation
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and propose improvement solutions
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain data confidentiality standards
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and continuous training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work weekend shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
